Spiraling in the Middle of the Night

Waking to a sound

I began to think.

Thinking thinking

about this now

thinking thinking

of aging

and all the

changes

changes

high up on top of the hill

looking out and up

up

and up

Wonder and abundance!

Stars and planets

shining shining

I recognize them

and they recognize me

"I am That! So Hum!"

Falling falling into peaceful

knowing

Knowing

I am not just this body

I am not just my thoughts

I am not just my emotions.

We are Light

Stardust

Vast Brilliance

Suchness

Allness

So Hum! So Hum!

I am That!
