Yoga movement and more…Finding Equanimity amidst the stressors in our daily lives
Though gentle asana movement including breathing and meditative practices, you can strengthen your connection with your body’s innate wisdom, release tightness, and restore vitality and ease throughout your whole being.
I am so happy to be one of the teachers to offer this to you.
Jean Grant Sutton’s Wednesday evening classes will be expanding to include an experienced team of teachers that rotate throughout the month.
I will teach once a month from 5:30-6:45 on the following dates:
First class: February 18,
then each month on the fourth Wednesday of the month
(unless specified)
March 25,
April 22,
May 20 (3rd Wednesday),
June 24
And continuing throughout the year.
